Ability Hearing & Balance – Payment & Program Terms

At Ability Hearing & Balance, we provide a range of clinical services, devices, and rehabilitation programs. The following terms apply to payments and program participation.

General Payments
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Fees for services, products, and programs are non-refundable once commenced.

Programs and Payment Plans
Some programs may be offered via payment plans. These will be explained at the time of purchase. Payment plans are a commitment for the agreed duration and cannot be cancelled once commenced.

LACE Listening Program
The Listening & Speech Clarity Program (LACE) is a structured rehabilitation program designed to improve speech understanding.

Where purchased on a payment plan:

• The program is a 12-month commitment
• Payments are non-refundable once commenced
• The program includes LACE access and initial clinician setup

Additional appointments may be recommended and may incur additional fees.
